“Schreinberg Duo (Yoshi Weinberg, DMA Flute and Daniel Schreiner, piano) presents Finite Things: new music for flute and piano duo that explores the ways we veil our true selves in response to both real trauma and imagined threats. With a nuanced program of works by Nina Shekhar, Amy Williams, Camila Agosto, and a world premiere written for us by Brian Simalchik, we aim to uncover unconventional possibilities for grieving, healing, and empowerment through fragmented, even wordless, expression.”
