Program Info: Robert White, whose multifaceted music career began at a very early age, shares his affection for some of the great ballads and songs of the 19^th and 20^th centuries. Known for his subtle artistry and lovely tone, White will perform compositions by Robert Schumann, Francis Poulenc, Jerome Kern, Irving Berlin, Vincent Youmans, and Gabriel Fauré. The Graduate Center’s Acting Executive Officer of the Programs in Music, Norman Carey, will join him.
