Prof. David Grubbs to Perform at MoMA PS1

The Graduate Center Music Program is pleased to share that new faculty member Prof. David Grubbs will be performing at MoMA PS1 in “1+2+3: Solos, Duos, and Trios for Greater New York” on November 15th, 2015, from 1:30pm – 6pm. The performance is part of the landmark “Greater New York” exhibition, and Prof. Grubbs (guitar) will be joined by five other New York City-based improvising musicians, including Keith Fullerton Whitman (electronics), Eli Keszler (drums, percussion, and electronics), Okkyung Lee (cello), Nate Wooley (trumpet) and C. Spencer Yeh (violin and voice). An essay by Prof. Grubbs will also be published on November 15th, and included in the ex-post-facto exhibition catalogue.
