The Graduate Center Music Program is pleased to share that on December 2nd, 2017, the GC will be hosting a Leonard Bernstein Marathon in the Elebash Recital Hall! This event will be a monumental eight-hour concert featuring performances of Leonard Bernstein’s most beloved works and some hidden gems. World premieres of new works by contemporary composers who were influenced by Bernstein’s work will add a unique element to the day. Curated and hosted by New York Festival of Song’s Michael Barrett as part of the worldwide “Bernstein at 100” celebration.
Admission is Free on a First-come, first-served basis. No reservations required, and you are welcome to join for any part of the celebrations and performances.
