Before submitting an event located in the Music Department Thesis Room, please take the following booking procedures into account: 

1. Thesis Room BOOKING requests are made through music@gc.cuny.edu, copying Jackie and Tonisha at amartelle@gc.cuny.edu and talexander@gc.cuny.edu.
2. Please make your requests at least 24 hours in advance, as the room may not be available.
3. Dissertation Defenses take priority and can bump your meeting out of its slot if necessary.
4. Please do not rearrange the furniture or equipment.
5. If you borrow chairs from the student lounge to accommodate your meeting, please return them.
6. Please leave the room the way you found it…clean and in order (discard your trash…do not leave it on the tables).
7. Please do not remove any equipment from the room.
8. There is no food allowed in the room.
