The CUNY Graduate Center Music Program is pleased to announce that John Musto, pianist, composer, and coordinator of the D.M.A. Program in Music Performance, has been awarded a 2019 Arts and Letters Award in Music from the American Academy of Arts and Letters. This award “honor[s] outstanding artistic achievement and acknowledge[s] composers who have arrived at their own voice.” John Musto’s music will be presented in a concert at the Academy in the spring of 2020.
