Featuring Graduate Center music faculty, Rolf Schulte, and DMA graduate student, Nicolas Namoradze, this concert will present Schumann’s Märchenbilder Op.113 and the Brahms Sonata in G, Op.78. Renowned for his expressive recording of Elliot Carter’s Violin Concerto, Rolf Schulte has been hailed by the New Yorker as “one of the most distinguished violinists of our day.”
