Celebrated by the National Flute Association with a Lifetime Achievement Award, Robert Dick has established himself as an artist who has mastered and redefined the flute. The flutist/composer/pedagogue will present two of his own compositions as well as works by Olivier Messiaen, Johann Joachim Quantz, and Francis Poulenc. Norman Carey, Graduate Center music professor and Music In Midtown Director, will join him.
