Prof. David Grubbs Performing at a Benefit for the ISSUE Project Room

The Graduate Center Music Program is pleased to share that on December 9th, 2015, Prof. David Grubbs will be performing in a benefit concert for the ISSUE Project Room. The concert celebrates the collaborative work of Prof. Grubbs and poet Susan Howe, and Prof. Grubbs will be performing a solo excerpt from the piece “Souls of the Labadie Tract.” The program also include esteemed performance artist and video pioneer Joan Jonas and vocalist GABI performing Michael Pisaro’s Tombstones with a live ensemble of acoustic instruments and percussion.
