Josh Katz-Rosene, after completing his doctorate at the GC and teaching for a year at the Universidad de los Andes, Bogotá, Colombia, has accepted a position as Visiting Assistant Professor at Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

Gordon Dale (Ph.D.) hired at Hebrew Union College
Gordon Dale has been hired as Visiting Professor of Ethnomusicology at the Debbie Friedman School of Sacred Music, Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion. He recently defended his dissertation, “Music in Haredi Jewish Life: Liquid Modernity and the Negotiation of Boundaries in Greater New York.”
