Former students and cherished colleagues of Professor Barbara Russano Hanning announce a symposium honoring her illustrious teaching career. The symposium features scholars who will speak on topics relating to Hanning’s distinctive interests (words and music, early opera, and music iconography), and will culminate in a concert. Free and open to the public.
